About the role
TL;DR
HR Business Partner to lead global expansion and build HR infrastructure internationally.
- •Dandy is seeking an experienced HR professional to support its global expansion by building out HR infrastructure for new international sites and entities.
- •This role will ensure employees across global sites have a seamless experience with People systems and processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Support HR strategic actions and planning for global expansion locations.
- •Serve as the primary HR point of contact for new international/global expansion sites in Europe.
- •Create, iterate, and own HR policies and procedures for each new site or country, ensuring legal compliance.
- •Partner with local site leadership and cross-functional departments to build and improve People processes in new markets.
- •Requirements 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar.
- •Experience leading HR for global/international expansion, including setting up HR operations in new countries.
- •Ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted partner across cultures and geographies.
- •Experience implementing and enforcing HR policies and processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- •Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs.
