About the role
TL;DR
Manage client support, project execution, and reporting operations for Dozee.
- •Dozee is seeking a proactive professional to manage client support, project execution, and reporting operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the virtual command center team that escalates health alerts to hospitals and field ops.
- •Assist hospitals and patients with setup process and problem resolution for smooth execution and scaling.
- •Assist with the full operational execution of internal revenue generating compliance platform
- •Coordinate with the field team whenever necessary.
- •Build and manage relationships with nurses and patients.
- •Provide analysis of frequent issues/alerts escalated and support the team in ensuring long time solutions are created to mitigate the same.
- •Requirements Educational Qualification
- •Minimum 4-5 years experience.
- •Good communication and presentation skills.
- •Must be able to articulate well.
- •Prior experience of managing teams.
- •Prior experience of setting up operations processes.
- •Must have prior experience of CRM/IVR systems.
- •Should have a reasonable understanding of operations.
- •Should possess business acumen and should be results oriented.
