TL;DR
Owns end-to-end technical recruiting, setting hiring standards and attracting exceptional talent.
- •Marvel Fusion is building the team that will make fusion energy real
- •and as our (Senior) Manager Technical Recruiting, you will be the engine behind it.
- •You will own recruiting end-to-end, set the standard for how we hire and ensure we always attract the exceptional people our mission demands.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned technical and non-technical roles.
- •Continuously optimise Greenhouse as our single source of truth for all recruiting activity.
- •Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and senior leaders.
- •Establish and embed a Bar Raiser structure across all hiring processes.
- •Proactively source and attract highly specialised scientific, engineering and technical talent.
- •Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience in technical, engineering-intensive or scientific environments.
- •Deep, practical knowledge of Greenhouse as an ATS.
- •Proven track record of identifying and engaging highly specialised talent profiles.
- •An established, active network within relevant technical and scientific talent communities.
- •English: full professional proficiency (required).
- •German: professional working proficiency (strong advantage).
