- •We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our growing People Team and own the end-to-end hiring process for critical technical and business development roles.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical partnerships, business development, and scientific talent.
- •Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract elite, specialized candidates.
- •Partner closely with hiring teams to define role requirements and design effective interview processes.
- •Ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience that reflects CuspAI's values.
- •Requirements 10+ years of hands-on experience hiring high-level technical partnerships or scientific business development professionals for science/research-oriented organizations.
- •Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup/scale-up environments.
- •Strong technical fluency and ability to understand complex technical requirements.
- •Proactive outbound sourcing skills and a hunter mindset.
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
