- •Key Responsibilities Own headcount, attrition, and people cost reporting end-to-end.
- •Build executive and board-level reporting.
- •Define metrics and ensure data quality across the employee journey.
- •Manage US and global benefits administration and employee records.
- •Requirements 5+ years of people analytics and reporting experience in fast-paced environments.
- •Experience with HRIS implementation or migration.
- •Ability to build reports from scratch and proactively resolve data quality issues.
- •Experience running operations across multiple countries.
