About the role
TL;DR
Build and deliver training programs for property management teams on the Buena App.
- •As an Enablement Manager, you will build our training program from scratch.
- •You will develop the structure for individual and group training, be on-site at our management companies across Germany, and become the expert for the Buena App.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop expertise in our property management and real estate app.
- •Conduct software training for property management teams across Germany on the Buena App.
- •Identify and address user challenges with the app.
- •Establish and track KPIs to measure app adoption and usage.
- •Requirements Fluent German language skills.
- •Professional experience in the real estate industry.
- •Preference for in-office work over remote.
- •Structured and reliable work approach.
- •Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets and common LLM tools.
