About the role
TL;DR
Train property management teams on the Buena App and build the training program.
- •As a Software Trainer, you will build our training program from scratch, developing structures for individual and group training sessions.
- •You will regularly visit our property management companies across Germany and become the expert for the Buena App.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop expertise in our property management and real estate app.
- •Conduct software training for property management teams nationwide on the Buena App.
- •Identify and address user challenges with the app.
- •Establish KPIs to measure employee adoption and app usage.
- •Requirements Fluent German language skills.
- •Professional experience in the real estate industry.
- •Preference for in-office work over remote.
- •Structured and reliable work approach.
- •Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets and common LLM tools.
