- •As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Public Sector Federal team, you will be the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, engaging with US Public Sector Federal customers to ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform.
- •You will leverage your deep technical knowledge of networking and security to design and implement solutions tailored to government needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive technical discussions and implementations for new business generation and existing customer expansion.
- •Qualify prospect and customer use cases, discover technical requirements, and lead demonstrations.
- •Advise existing customers on technical best practices and strategic guidance for Cloudflare products.
- •Travel up to 35-45% to meet with prospects, customers, and collaborate with teammates.
- •Requirements Demonstrated understanding of internet technologies (OSI layers 1-7, Routing, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS).
- •Comfort with SASE frameworks and related technologies (Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, SD-WAN).
- •Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role supporting the US Federal Government.
- •Technical curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
