- •Clasp is seeking a Manager, Recruiter Enablement to equip recruiting teams at partner organizations with the knowledge and tools to effectively use Clasp in their hiring processes.
- •This role is crucial for driving adoption and ensuring recruiters can confidently communicate Clasp's value to candidates.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and execute recruiter enablement programs for partner organizations.
- •Develop training materials, talk tracks, FAQs, templates, and objection-handling resources.
- •Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for recruiter audiences.
- •Gather recruiter feedback to drive program improvements and enhance workflows.
- •Requirements 5-9+ years of experience in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, customer success, sales enablement, or partner enablement.
- •Proven ability to build and define a role from the ground up.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience as an engaging presenter.
- •Experience creating enablement content such as playbooks, templates, decks, or trainings.
