- •Clasp is seeking a Manager of Information Security to take ownership of their information security program, lead the IT/TechOps team, and collaborate with engineering on technical security initiatives.

- •Key Responsibilities Run the SOC 2 program end-to-end, manage Vanta, and evolve security policies.
- •Lead and collaborate with the IT/TechOps team on corporate IT and security functions.
- •Manage vendor diligence, security questionnaires, SIEM configuration, and vulnerability management.
- •Advance cloud posture, IAM, and platform hardening in GCP.
- •Partner with engineering to advance secure SDLC, CI/CD hardening, and threat modeling.
- •Requirements CISSP certification and 5+ years of security team experience.
- •Startup experience and a track record of achieving SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
- •A technical foundation with scripting, web development, or automation experience.
- •Comfort with AI and modern tooling for efficient problem-solving.
- •Strong communication skills for customer, auditor, and internal team interactions.
