- •Oshi Health is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to build its security program from the ground up in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.
- •This role will own the technical security of a remote, SaaS
- •and cloud-native healthcare platform, focusing on enabling speed safely.
- •Key Responsibilities Own application and product security, including threat modeling and secure code review.
- •Design and own the security architecture for an agentic SDLC and manage non-human identities and secrets.
- •Secure the AWS environment, including IAM/IC, network segmentation, and workload protection.
- •Run security reviews of AI and third-party vendor integrations, and stand up detection and response capabilities.
- •Requirements 6+ years in security engineering with depth in application security and cloud security (AWS).
- •Hands-on experience with secure SDLC tooling (SAST/DAST, GitHub Advanced Security) and identity/access management (Okta, OAuth/OIDC, SAML).
- •Familiarity with securing AI/LLM and agentic systems, and comfort as the sole security specialist on a small team.
- •Working knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule, SOC 2, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
