About the role
TL;DR
Manage a team of engineers delivering strategic enterprise AI deployments.
- •Lead a high-impact team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) responsible for strategic enterprise deployments, ensuring consistent deployment excellence, strong engineering quality, and fast unblocking in complex enterprise environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a team of FDEs, setting clear expectations and managing performance.
- •Own capacity planning, staffing, and project delivery management for multiple customer projects.
- •Provide technical leadership, guide architecture and implementation choices, and support high-severity issues.
- •Establish scalable field engineering practices and shape the product based on field learnings.
- •Requirements 8+ years in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering.
- •Proven ability to lead and develop engineers.
- •Demonstrated success delivering complex technical projects in large enterprise environments.
- •Strong capabilities across backend engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and databases.
- •Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems is a strong plus.
