About the role
TL;DR
Design and guide Datadog implementations for customers.
- •Datadog's Implementation Services team helps customers implement and deploy Datadog quickly.
- •As a Services Architect, you will develop the technical roadmap for a customer’s implementation and guide them through it.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations.
- •Guide customer onboarding through co-development working sessions.
- •Write automation and design architecture for deployment templates.
- •Manage the operation of implementation projects.
- •Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales.
- •Requirements Experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems.
- •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compute technologies.
- •Experience with Config Management, IAC and CI/CD tools.
- •Experience programming/scripting with Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, and .NET. 5+ years experience as an Architect or Consultant in a professional services team.
