- •Lead technical guild initiatives and mentor other engineers.
- •Contribute to system design and cross-cell technical reviews.
- •Proactively identify and address technical debt.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- •Proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to launch.
- •Deep expertise in system design, data modeling, and application architecture.
- •Comfortable directing AI agents and maintaining high quality standards.
- •Ability to mentor and improve the skills of engineers around you.
