About the role
TL;DR
Guide perioperative teams in workflow design and adoption of Clarium's Card Optimizer.
- •As the Clinical Operational Lead, you will guide perioperative teams and clinical leaders in workflow design, training, and adoption of Clarium's Card Optimizer.
- •Key Responsibilities Assess and define future-state preference card workflows.
- •Partner with stakeholders to validate workflows.
- •Develop training pathways and adoption milestones.
- •Build relationships with surgeons, OR directors, and clinical educators.
- •Support the sales process with clinical credibility.
- •Requirements 5-10 years of experience in perioperative services or clinical supply chain.
- •Experience with preference card cleanup and standardization.
- •Familiarity with preference card anatomy and surgical information systems.
- •Experience engaging surgeons, OR directors, and perioperative staff.
- •Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
