TL;DR
Drive customer value by building and implementing Celonis AI solutions for business process optimization.
- •As a Senior Applied Value Engineer, you will solve mission-critical problems for strategic customers by building Celonis solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies.
- •You will prototype, demonstrate value, and ensure successful implementation to unlock real ROI.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects.
- •Build Celonis business cases, demos, and run value workshops.
- •Collaborate with partners to drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption.
- •Present realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
- •Drive the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
- •Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and experience with RPA, BI Tools, or dashboard building.
- •Hands-on SQL and Python experience preferred.
- •Experience in identifying business use cases for process improvement and driving change initiatives.
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
