- •Shape the strategic direction of Europe’s leading energy trading platform to the next level.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the Strategic Portfolio: Manage a predefined selection of roughly 30 high-impact major accounts across Germany and Switzerland.
- •Drive Commercial Revenue Growth: Expand customer accounts, hitting specific ARR and NRR targets.
- •Engage Senior Management: Build and maintain trust-based, strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.
- •Autonomously Design Business Plans: Formulate structured account business plans from scratch.
- •Accelerate Platform Adoption: Help major accounts transition higher commodity volumes onto enmacc.
- •Requirements Experienced Energy Professional: Solid, proven experience in senior account management, energy origination, procurement, or the energy trading/utilities sector.
- •Executive Presence: Professional maturity, credibility, and communication skill required to negotiate, strategise, and hold peer-level discussions with senior executives.
- •Strategic Architect: Highly entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- •Data & Impact-Driven: Ability to analyze customer platform usage data to find untapped commercial revenue pockets.
