- •Operators at Endex manage strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and own business growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute Strategy: Work directly with the CEO to identify, prioritize, and drive forward high-impact initiatives.
- •Own Critical Operations: Ensure day-to-day needs across customers, partners, and internal systems are met quickly and effectively.
- •Shape the Product Roadmap: Gather insights from customers, evaluate workflows, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product direction.
- •Support Go-To-Market: Join key sales conversations, build and optimize our pipeline systems, and create marketing materials and strategy to accelerate growth.
- •Explore New Verticals: Research and validate new markets and applications for Endex's frontier agentic services, helping define where we expand next.
- •Recruit and Build the Team: Lead recruiting efforts, identify bottlenecks, and manage hiring processes to attract and select top talent.
