- •The Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations will lead end-to-end warehouse and consignment operations across Stadium Goods’ New York Market Center.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end warehouse operation, including intake, authentication, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics Oversee consignment lifecycle from product intake through listing, sale, and consignor payout, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage Ensure all inbound shipments are received, processed, and recorded accurately against purchase orders and inventory systems Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and throughput to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability Maintain strict inventory control standards, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring real-time data accuracy across systems Requirements 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or resale environments Proven experience managing end-to-end operational workflows, including inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain processes Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and scale high-performing teams Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and process optimization Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions
