- •Legora is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management for indirect spend, including software, cloud, data, professional services, marketing, and facilities.
- •This is the first dedicated procurement hire in Stockholm, reporting to the Procurement Director.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories.
- •Run competitive sourcing events end-to-end (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
- •Own negotiation strategy on new purchases and renewals.
- •Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- •Requirements 2+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related analytical role.
- •Proven negotiation track record.
- •Strong commercial judgment and analytical rigor.
- •AI fluency and process instinct.
