- •Conduit Health is transforming post-acute care by integrating ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into a seamless AI-powered platform.
- •We are seeking an Implementation Manager to optimize state launches, payor implementations, and high-impact projects across the company, working closely with multiple teams to drive operational expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead new state expansions and payor implementations from buy-in through execution.
- •Act as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring deliverables are met and commitments are kept.
- •Build and maintain launch trackers to provide clarity on project status and ownership.
- •Run kick-off meetings, identify risks, and course-correct to ensure successful launches.
- •Report on launch KPIs and develop repeatable playbooks from learnings.
- •Requirements Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to simplify complex details and create clear plans.
- •Proven project management experience, taking initiatives from conception to completion.
- •Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to gain buy-in across teams.
- •Expert-level communication skills, tailored to different audiences.
- •High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
