- •BJAK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support global hiring as the company scales.
- •This hands-on role involves managing multiple hiring priorities and partnering with stakeholders across various functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.
- •Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels.
- •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
- •Coordinate interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- •Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- •Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related field.
- •Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- •Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
