- •Additive AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build the engineering team behind an AI product transforming tax and accounting.
- •This role involves owning searches from outreach to offer, partnering with hiring managers, and shaping hiring processes as the company scales.
- •Key Responsibilities Own searches from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- •Build engineering pipelines from scratch, focusing on hard-to-reach candidates.
- •Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and calibrate searches.
- •Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- •Help build and improve recruiting processes, tooling, and interview practices.
- •Requirements 2 to 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical talent.
- •Strong sourcing instincts and experience building pipelines independently.
- •Excellent judgment and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
- •High ownership and ability to drive searches to completion.
