- •You will execute the full recruiting process, source and engage candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute the full-cycle recruiting process across all functions.
- •Source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates.
- •Support hiring managers on interviewing and assessment practices.
- •Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly.
- •Track and report on key recruiting metrics.
- •Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or similar role.
- •Clear and influential communication skills.
- •Excellent organization and execution skills.
- •Strong stakeholder management skills.
- •Flexibility and adaptability.
