TL;DR
Manage and improve transportation performance, carrier portfolio, and operational data for Bigblue's market.
- •As Transportation Manager, you will own end-to-end transportation performance for your market, from collections at Bigblue warehouses to delivery to final customers.
- •You will manage and improve the carrier portfolio, scale Bigblue’s transportation offer, and turn operational data into concrete performance improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end transportation processes for your market.
- •Animate and challenge the carrier portfolio through performance reviews and continuous improvement plans.
- •Lead transportation performance monitoring with the Data Analyst, using KPIs to identify issues and measure impact.
- •Drive cost improvement initiatives while accounting for market dynamics.
- •Scale Bigblue’s transportation offer across B2C, B2B, and other strategic services.
- •Requirements At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations or project management.
- •Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel analyses and KPI interpretation.
- •Ability to turn performance data into practical operational actions.
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- •Customer-centric mindset.
