- •Jam City is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards and People Operations to develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, and oversee operational HR functions.
- •This role involves advising leadership, managing HR processes, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and administer global compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity.
- •Design, implement, and administer global benefit programs and manage enrollment processes.
- •Oversee People Operations team functions, including HR policies, compliance, and HRIS administration.
- •Lead process improvement, automation, and AI integration within People Operations.
- •Manage, develop, and coach the People Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- •Requirements Experience with benefits design, compensation, incentive compensation plans, and equity compensation.
- •Global HR experience (min.
- •US and Canada) and strong understanding of employment law.
- •Proven ability to build process and HR operational infrastructure in a rapid-growth environment.
- •Experience managing a team and multiple functions of the People discipline.
- •Workday experience preferred; CCP, CBP or SPHR certification a plus.
