HR Business Partner supporting frontline manufacturing and warehouse teams.
- •Base is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support frontline installer, manufacturing, and warehouse teams.
- •You will be a visible, trusted presence on the factory floor, acting as the go-to person for shift leads and associates.
- •Key Responsibilities Be a visible, trusted presence on the factory floor, answering questions and building relationships.
- •Support new hires with onboarding and check-ins.
- •Handle frontline employee relations issues, documenting and escalating appropriately.
- •Support scheduling and attendance policy administration.
- •Track turnover, absenteeism, and engagement trends.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related generalist role, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- •Comfortable being on the floor daily and visible in the factory.
- •Strong sense of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive employee situations.
- •Working knowledge of employment law, leave, and employee relations.
- •Clear, calm communication skills.
