- •Evaluate and leverage AI-enabled legal technologies to improve efficiency.
- •Requirements 10+ years of commercial legal experience supporting SaaS technology companies.
- •Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing attorneys.
- •Exceptional judgment balancing legal risk and business objectives.
- •Significant experience with data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and information security terms.
- •Outstanding drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
