- •Flock is hiring an Exchange Director to join our fast-growing sales and acquisitions team.
- •You will be a trusted partner to landlords throughout their journey to exit their investment properties.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a book of landlord prospects from the first conversation through the signed agreement.
- •Develop deep expertise in the 721 Exchange and how Flock's Fund works.
- •Guide prospects through a structured, multi-stage sales process from initial discovery through valuation, due diligence, and close.
- •Requirements 7-10+ years of work experience (5+ in a quota-carrying role).
- •Background in finance, real estate, or sales of complex, high-consideration products.
- •Prior fund or investment-product experience is a bonus.
