Ensures field technicians meet EHS compliance for site access.
- •The EHS Operations Analyst is the operational backbone of field readiness and revenue enablement.
- •This role removes compliance barriers that could prevent technicians from accessing customer facilities, ensuring rapid, safe, and compliant site entry for our Asset Reliability Technicians.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary gatekeeper ensuring technicians are fully qualified and compliant before site entry.
- •Maintain and manage comprehensive safety records including training documentation, inspections, audits, permits, certifications, and policies.
- •Manage company profiles in contractor compliance portals (ISNetworld, Avetta, and similar systems).
- •Serve as primary safety compliance point of contact for customers, managing communication professionally and courteously.
- •Utilize Salesforce to track customer safety requirements, documentation status, compliance activities, and field deployment readiness.
- •Requirements 2–4 years of experience in EHS administration, safety operations, contractor compliance, or related roles.
- •Hands-on experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar contractor compliance platforms.
- •Demonstrated experience managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and contractor qualification.
- •Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- •Proficiency with Slack or comparable collaboration and communication tools.
