- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to sales growth and support ongoing cafe operations.
- •Oversee service flow to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
- •Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving.
- •Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members.
- •Address guest concerns and report incidents.
- •Requirements 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- •Blue Bottle's Barista Essentials training or completion within 90 days.
- •Existing Food Safety Certification or obtainment within 30 days.
- •Basic math and computer skills.
- •Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
