- •We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable financial technology solutions.
- •The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical acumen and a solid understanding of fintech areas such as trading/brokerages, banking, payments, digital wallets, financial platforms, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners Facilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-making Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications Requirements 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management 2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, etc General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc
