  • Happl is seeking its first dedicated Employee Benefits Consultant for the US.
  • This hybrid role involves day-to-day delivery of employee benefits, compliance administration, and shaping product features for the US market.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee benefits delivery, including open enrollment, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Act as the primary contact for US customers on benefits-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and state-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate market needs into product requirements.
  • Requirements Working understanding of US employee benefits, including plan types, carriers, enrollment cycles, and compliance.
  • Comfort switching between strategic conversations and detailed administrative work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, remote-first work style with Eastern-time overlap.
