TL;DR
Lead customer education strategy, consulting, and product enablement functions.
- •Ashby is hiring a Head of Customer Education to lead their Recruiting Operations Consulting, Academy, and Product Enablement functions.
- •This role will drive a unified educational strategy for customers and internal teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee RecOps Consulting, ensuring customer engagements drive value and insights inform Academy content.
- •Partner on content strategy for the Academy, building new programs like a product certification path.
- •Build Product Enablement as a distinct function to bridge product knowledge gaps for GTM teams.
- •Develop operating infrastructure for scaling all three functions and building the leadership layer.
- •Requirements Experience building and scaling Recruiting Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Education functions.
- •Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop people and create an environment for best work.
- •Ability to think in operating models and build scalable systems.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and motivated by building in an evolving function.
- •Strong cross-functional relationship building skills.
