About the role
TL;DR
Lead technical customer conversations and drive deals to closure as a Senior Solution Consultant.
- •Arkose Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to support the Sales team by leading technical customer conversations, running proofs of value, and driving deals to technical win and closure.
- •You will partner with customers to eliminate fraud within their business by designing effective solutions through a business and technical discovery process.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex opportunities.
- •Drive the customer discovery process and uncover critical business pain.
- •Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations that link solutions to customer objectives.
- •Design and build a Solution Definition with the customer and internal stakeholders.
- •Design, implement, and track Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.
- •Requirements 4+ years as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent in a SaaS organization.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- •Consultative, curious approach to solving customer business challenges.
- •Understanding of client-side and server-side web technology.
- •Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and languages such as Python, PHP, Go, or NodeJS.
