About the role
TL;DR
Be the technical expert for enterprise partners in Turkey/EMEA, bridging technical and business conversations.
- •As a Solutions Engineer for Turkey / EMEA, you will be the go-to product and technical expert for Alpaca's enterprise partners across and the wider Turkey / EMEA region.
- •You will bridge technical and business conversations.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers.
- •Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales technical discussions and solution design.
- •Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding.
- •Act as the voice of Turkish customers by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- •Requirements Experience supporting enterprise / B2B customers in a technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role (typically 3+ years).
- •Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows.
- •Native or business-level Turkish, with excellent customer communication skills.
- •Business-level English for collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
