TL;DR
Design and scope technical solutions for accounting firms, bridging client needs with Aiwyn's platform.
- •Aiwyn is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between client needs and Aiwyn's platform capabilities.
- •This is a foundational role where you will define the processes and frameworks for a new Solutions Architecture function.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery, feasibility assessment, and solution architecture in the pre-sale cycle.
- •Design systems-level solutions involving APIs, webhooks, data migration, ETL, and SSO.
- •Produce contract-quality scoping documents for implementation teams.
- •Build credibility with firm executives and shape deal strategy.
- •Synthesize client needs into designs, timelines, and constraints, knowing when to say no.
- •Requirements Proven experience in pre-sales, post-sales, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS.
- •Command of APIs, webhooks, data migration, ETL, and SSO for integration design and feasibility assessment.
- •Hands-on fluency with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- •Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
- •A builder's instinct and enthusiasm for on-site customer engagement.
