TL;DR
Lead growth and operations for scholarship tax credit programs to expand educational access.
- •Primer is a growing network of K–8 schools focused on restoring foundational American education.
- •This role will lead the growth and operations of two key tax credit programs, aiming to increase access to Primer for working-class families.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and grow Primer's Federal SGO relationships, including negotiations and funding timelines.
- •Launch and manage Primer's in-house SGO growth engine, including paid acquisition and creative development.
- •Drive corporate donor outreach for Alabama tax credit programs, targeting significant state income tax credits.
- •Build individual donor growth through paid acquisition and Primer's network in Alabama.
- •Requirements Proven generalist experience across operations, marketing, and external-facing work.
- •Demonstrated success in owning and growing numbers (dollars generated, deals closed, revenue grown).
- •Comfort negotiating with external partners and running paid acquisition channels.
- •A strong belief in the mission to unlock educational options for underserved children.
