- •Key Responsibilities Lead and implement the BHC strategic plan and manage the department's annual budget.
- •Assess, plan, and implement Community Health Assessments and Improvement Plans.
- •Plan for and respond to public health emergencies, serving as the lead spokesperson.
- •Serve as liaison to state agencies and participate in board appointments.
- •Teach and proctor ServSafe Food Manager training to community members.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree with microbiology and biology courses.
- •Registered Sanitarian license (Montana) and Registered Environmental Health Specialist license (NEHA).
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental health.
- •Valid Montana driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including emergency response.
- •Proficient in technology and software for budgeting, word processing, presentations, GPS and GIS software.
