Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst to own and advance the Workday platform end-to-end.
- •Checkr is seeking a highly experienced Workday specialist to own and advance our Workday platform end to end.
- •This role is responsible for deep Workday configuration, business process design, integrations, reporting, and the adoption of Workday's AI and automation capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the Workday platform roadmap, module adoption strategy, and alignment with Workday's release cycle.
- •Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple Workday modules.
- •Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
- •Evaluate and implement Workday AI, machine learning, and Analytics capabilities.
- •Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and manage vendor relationships.
- •Requirements 6+ years of progressive HR technology experience with deep, hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
- •Demonstrated expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, or Recruiting).
- •Hands-on experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.
- •Strong command of the Workday security model, business process framework, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
- •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; proactive self-starter.
