About the role
TL;DR
Recruit, onboard, and prepare workers for placement in a fast-paced operational role.
- •As a Field Operator, you will serve as Traba's in-market operational hands
- •focused on recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market.
- •You'll be the local face of Traba to our workforce: building community partnerships, running onboarding sessions, and making sure every worker is vetted, prepared, and ready to succeed on their first shift.
- •Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with workers across the market.
- •Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers and community organizations.
- •Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
- •Manage the full worker funnel
- •sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants.
- •Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across customer sites.
- •Requirements Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
- •Strong recruiting instincts and the ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
- •Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers.
- •Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
