Support BD team in building partnerships with energy and data center developers.
- •As a Business Development Associate, you will support the BD team building Heron's partnerships with the largest energy and data center developers.
- •Key Responsibilities Research and profile target accounts across solar, BESS, and data center markets Maintain and enrich the CRM; keep pipeline data accurate and current Track market developments; synthesize into usable intelligence Prepare account briefings, meeting materials, and follow-ups Help translate technical content into customer-facing collateral Requirements Demonstrated experience or interest in inverter-based resources, data centers, AI, manufacturing, and/or energy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
