- •Rune Technologies is seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter to support its growth by building the team powering its mission-critical logistics software.
- •This role focuses on managing recruiting processes for technical positions, particularly in software engineering and product.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting processes for multiple open technical roles.
- •Conduct initial candidate screens and assess against role requirements.
- •Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to offer.
- •Partner with hiring managers to maintain search momentum and gather feedback.
- •Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- •Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, product) is strongly preferred.
- •Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and candidate management.
- •Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- •Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
