- •Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a broad range of corporate and operational roles.
- •Recruit across functions such as People Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, and Business Operations.
- •Balance high-volume recruiting needs with specialized-level searches.
- •Act as a strategic business partner to leaders and hiring managers.
- •Design and execute creative sourcing strategies.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- •Experience recruiting for corporate, business, or operational functions.
- •Full-cycle recruiting experience.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches with different levels of complexity and urgency.
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
