Senior Technical Recruiter to build the Hardware and Robotics team at Treeswift.
- •Treeswift is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team and lead hiring for their Hardware and Robotics organization.
- •This role will partner directly with the Head of Hardware to build the team responsible for designing and deploying the sensor systems at the core of Treeswift's product.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and Robotics searches.
- •Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and move searches forward.
- •Build proactive candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- •Drive an excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer.
- •Contribute to evolving recruiting practices and represent Treeswift's brand.
- •Requirements 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across hardware and robotics.
- •In-house experience at a high-growth hardware or robotics startup preferred.
- •Strong ability to engage hardware and robotics talent who aren't actively looking.
- •Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling candidate experiences.
- •Experience thriving in fast-moving environments with evolving processes.
