About the role
TL;DR
Develop and own analytical methods for large-scale biological data analysis.
- •The Software & Data Science team at Vivodyne tackles some of the hardest problems at the intersection of human biology, large-scale data, and machine learning.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and critically evaluate computational approaches for scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, secretomics, and proteomics data.
- •Develop or adapt methods for perturbation modeling, causal inference, network reconstruction, ligand-receptor inference, and multi-omics integration.
- •Architect end-to-end analysis workflows in Python and/or R using modern workflow orchestration.
- •Partner with experimental biologists to frame the most relevant biological questions, design analyses, and recommend experiments.
- •Own dataset analysis to answer biological and client-driven questions with rigor.
- •Requirements Strong background in bioinformatics and computational biology.
- •Experience with scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, secretomics, and proteomics data analysis.
- •Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and pipeline development.
- •Ability to develop and adapt methods for complex biological data analysis.
- •Excellent communication skills to collaborate with experimental biologists and other teams.
