- •PrismHR is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the architecture vision for their platform, with a focus on integrating agentic AI engineering.
- •This hands-on role involves collaboration with developers, QA, BAs, Product Owners, and executives to shape both near-term features and long-term technical direction.
- •Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, working prototypes and proofs of concept.
- •Partner with other architects to build and maintain an architecture vision and roadmap.
- •Work with executive management to shape technology strategy.
- •Drive design and integration of major new capabilities into the product line.
- •Lead, coach, and develop architects and software developers.
- •Requirements Proven Software Architect with multiple years of architect-level scope and title.
- •Demonstrated success learning and architecting existing systems.
- •Deep technical-to-business translation skills.
- •Balanced, full-application understanding (frontend, backend, data, infrastructure). 10+ years of software development experience across the full SaaS lifecycle, with Agile experience.
- •Genuine agentic AI engineering experience (agent-based frameworks, orchestration, RAG).
- •Data engineering and pipeline experience for AI/ML (vector/hybrid databases, LLM pipelines).
- •Fluency across Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, DevOps, and streaming/messaging technologies.
- •Comfort using AI-assisted development tooling.
