- •Cohere is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their Agentic Platform team, focusing on the UK Public Sector.
- •This role involves bridging Cohere's North AI workspace platform with client engineering teams to solve complex problems and integrate AI into critical sectors.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
- •Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents for enterprise-grade reliability.
- •Build and ship features for Cohere's North AI workspace platform.
- •Own use case scoping end-to-end, flexing into technical areas as needed.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
- •Experience building and deploying RAG and agentic applications using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute.
- •Deep familiarity with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- •Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
