- •Arrive Logistics is seeking a Second Shift Mexico Account Associate to manage daily operations for client accounts.
- •This role focuses on load building, scheduling, tracking, and closing out shipments.
- •Key Responsibilities Obtain pickup and delivery appointments and ensure accurate data entry.
- •Communicate proactively with carriers and customer contacts regarding shipments.
- •Resolve issues with urgency and escalate complex problems as needed.
- •Manage load board and customer TMS systems, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
- •Review border documentation and ensure compliance with regulations like complemento carta porte (CCP).
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a 3PL or supply chain environment. 1+ years of cross-border experience.
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while multitasking.
- •Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
