- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in instructional quality, curriculum, or education operations.
- •Experience managing a large team or network of contractors/adjuncts.
- •Background as a teacher, understanding instructor language and needs.
- •Proven ability to build systems from scratch and drive adoption.
- •Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
